Man unhappy with quality of new house
A man in Changchun said that the walls of his new house are so weak that even a light knock could cause dents in the walls. Wang Dayong bought the house, which covers 156 square meters, for 1.2 million yuan ($181,004), but soon found the quality of the house to be unsatisfactory. Wang said a light knock could cause a dent in the walls, while house inspection staff found a total of 84 problems with the property. Wang contacted the real estate developer, who said they would repair the house or return his money and cancel his contract.
