Goals of new work permit process

A new work permit for foreigners will encourage the "best" and "most-needed" foreign talent to work in China, the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs said on Thursday.
The administration will start a trial in October for expatriates, giving a green light to highly skilled expats and those in demand.
