All-secure Qihoo phone
Qihoo 360 Technology Co Ltd, China's biggest internet security company, unveiled a new phone featuring data protection. This is expected to meet the growing demand from government officials and business people for information security. With a start price of 1,999 yuan ($300), it comes with a built-in security encryption chip and features two operating systems, one designed to store private and confidential information. The Beijing-based company said the phone allows users to make hack-proof encrypted calls and messages, and can block receivers from recording or taking snapshots of the conversations. Equipped with a six-inch high-definition screen, the phone is designed to offer better video-watching experience. The metal-body device also has a 13-million-pixel front camera and 13 million-pixel dual cameras on the rear, which can deliver photo-taking experience as good as compact cameras.
