Three major decisions were made at the working conference of the State Council, or China's Cabinet, hosted by Premier Li Keqiang on Sept 1: Policies will be made to unleash the potential of private capital and help boost investment in the real economy; a national technological innovation center will be founded in Beijing to propel an innovation-led economy; and draft regulations on national radio management were passed.
