Summer camps for deprived kids

Chi Heng Foundation organized two successive summer camps, in Beijing this July to Aug, for 70 HIV-impacted children aged 10 to 19 from less developed areas across the Chinese mainland. The weeklong tour was to encourage the deprived children to be optimistic and study for a brighter future through sight seeing, a visit to Tsinghua University, gatherings with high-tech company staff and art classes. Chi Heng Foundation's aims to improve living conditions of children in China's AIDS-affected towns and summer camps have been part of its ongoing annual program since 2005.
