Video: Swiss entrepreneur's app targets expats in China
Lucas Rondez from Switzerland is spreading the word that expatriates can play a big role in China's entrepreneurial transformation. The 33-year-old is the founder of NiHao, a free mobile app that aims to make life easier for foreigners in China by providing useful tools and information. The app has more than 100,000 registered users. "We hope this product will build a bridge between the Chinese and foreigners," he said. Rondez is one of 12 expatriates featured in a mini-documentary series called I am in Hangzhou as Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang province, prepares to host the G20 Leaders Summit on Sunday.
