Officials to brief on innovation program
The State Council, China's Cabinet, will brief the media today on the government's mass entrepreneurship and innovation program, proposed by Premier Li Keqiang. Lin Nianxiu, deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission, will speak at the event.
