Dlodlo V1 offers immersive feel

Dlodlo, a Shenzhen-based virtual-reality startup, has introduced a VR headset called Dlodlo V1, which looks more like a pair of sunglasses. Weighing only 88 grams, the product runs Dlodlo's own operating system and allows touch control. Its 2k resolution display enables users to have better immersive experiences with less distortion. It works by plugging into a personal computer or when connected with a portable external device called D1. The smartphone-shaped D1 has a 1.6Hz CPU, 32GB of storage and a 3,000mAh battery good for two hours. Dlodlo V1 is priced the equivalent of $599, and comes with a refresh rate at 90 Hertz that eliminates dizziness or vertigo. D1's price is yet to be decided.
