Police target hospital scalpers
Beijing will crack down on scalpers book and resell hospital appointments, authorities said on Tuesday. The police said hospitals should install surveillance cameras and take other steps to tighten security. Scalpers snap up registration numbers, making it difficult for members of the public to book appointments on their own.
