Diplomats to meet on South China Sea

The 13th Senior Officials' Meeting on the Implementation of the Declaration on the Conduct of Parties in the South China Sea will be held tomorrow in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region. Vice-Foreign Minister Liu Zhenmin and senior diplomats from the ASEAN members will attend the event. They will negotiate a code of conduct for the South China Sea.
