Meridian Space to screen top fantasy
Beijing's Meridian Space arts center will screen a number of animation films over the next few weeks. On Sunday, the widely acclaimed Song of the Sea (Amhran na Mara) will be shown. It is about a child who is the last of the selkies - women in Irish and Scottish legends who transform from seals into people. She embarks on a journey across a fading world of ancient legend and magic. The 2014 fantasy is directed by Tomm Moore.
