Son refused father financial support

A son has been blacklisted by a court for refusing to pay his father 200 yuan ($30) a month in maintenance payments. The son, surnamed Zhang, had been ordered to pay the money by the city's Tongzhou district court. When he refused, Zhang's father again brought him to court and Zhang was put on a blacklist, which prevents him from purchasing tickets for air or high-speed rail travel, or from staying in luxury hotels, until he has paid the money.
