Hainan signs deals with State firms

Hainan provincial government signed 26 cooperation projects, with a total investment of 96.04 billion yuan ($14.44 billion), with State-owned enterprises at the 2016 Hainan Integrated Investment Activities, which was held in Beijing on Friday. Liu Cigui, the governor of Hainan province, said that the projects would fill the gaps in Hainan's related industries, and Hainan would provide a better environment for the State firms.
