Yangtze-Volga conference opens today
The first meeting of the Council of Cooperation between the Upper and Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River and the Volga Federal District will be held in Ulyanovsk, Russia, from today. State Councilor Yang Jiechi will represent China at the three-day conference.
