Gamblers lose big on Euro 2016 football

Thirty-year-old Bui Thu Cuc loudly complained hours after Portugal beat host France 1-0 in the Euro 2016 championship match on Monday.

Her husband Nguyen Huu Tiep had pinned his hopes on the final match, betting that France would beat Portugal 2-0. That was not to be.

Awaking on Monday morning and seeing Tiep's long face, she realized that he had lost the gambling bets, and that perhaps they would be forced to sell their building to pay off the loss.
