What is the situation with flood control this year in the Yangtze River basin?

Currently, the water level in the Yangtze River is high. The water at the key Chenglingji hydrologic station, for example, has almost reached its highest safe level, but there are few disasters along the main section of the river. Most of the economic losses in the Yangtze River Basin have happened in the branches and in some smaller rivers.
