Police confirm first IS-related attack

Malaysian police said on Monday that a recent explosion that injured at least eight people was the first such attack related to the Islamic State group in the country. Two suspects were arrested, said National police chief Khalid Abu Bakar, adding that they had received instructions from a Malaysian IS member in Syria to attack entertainment outlets in the country.
