France coach Didier Deschamps is keeping his players out of the spotlight amid mounting expectations ahead of the Euro 2016 host's quarterfinal against Iceland on Sunday.
France has enjoyed a favor-able path to the last eight and is widely expected to brush aside the Nordic upstart, but Deschamps is trying to ensure nothing derails his team's progress.
Wednesday's training session was open to the public at Clairefontaine, south of Paris. However, there were no subsequent media activities planned and France was slated to train behind closed doors on Thursday and Friday.
