Luo named to top Shanxi post

Luo Huining, the former top official in Qinghai province, has been appointed to the same position in Shanxi province.

Luo replaces Wang Rulin, who has held the post for nearly two years.

Luo was assigned to be Party chief in Shanxi as well as a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, according to a statement on Thursday from the CPC Central Committee.
