Norman Prichard is a Briton, who has been in China for 17 years. He teaches English at Beijing Foreign Studies University. Prichard has taught in 14 countries and came to China because it is "a very peaceful place" with "the fantastic culture and history". For foreigners coming to China, he has two suggestions: start learning Chinese and have an open mind.
