Unlicensed school transport stopped
A driver, surnamed Li, has been transferred to the judicial department for further investigation and possible prosecution after he was caught driving a unlicensed vehicle to transport students in Liuzhou. Traffic police stopped Li's vehicle, which was licensed to carry 25 passengers, on Wednesday morning and found 69 people on board - more than double its capacity.
