Terror threat is real

France is on a high terror alert as it prepares to host the month-long Euro 2016, which opens on Friday and is expected to attract two million visitors.
With matches spread across 10 venues in nine cities, the country is under a state of emergency, and security forces have launched an enormous operation to prevent any repeat of the jihadist attacks that killed 130 people in Paris last November.
