Pliable 'spider' boy seeks Guinness record

By Agence France-Presse in Gaza City | China Daily | Updated: 2016-06-04 07:32

Mohammed al-Sheikh is only 12, but he dreams of a Guinness world record for a series of stunning back flips and his almost unbelievable body contortions.

Mohammed, who is just 1.37 meters tall and weighs 29 kilograms, can bend his body in seemingly impossible ways, throwing his feet over his shoulders with reckless abandon or jumping into a spider like pose.

His antics earned the young Palestinian from the Gaza Strip the nickname of "Spiderman", which fills him with pride.
