Coffee chain helps protect moon bears

A delegation from Zoo Coffee, a South Korean chain brand of Zoo Holdings Group, visited Sichuan Longqiao Black Bear Rescue Center on May 19, to sign a memorandum of understanding with the Animals Asia Foundation, marking the official establishment of the moon bear protection project. Zoo Coffee spokesman Kim Kun-woo said that the coffee chain would launch a new coffee product consisting of soy milk, to spread the concept of health, environmental protection and caring for moon bears. Zoo Coffee will donate part of the new products' sales to the rescue center next year and black bear protection work by the Animals Asia Foundation.
