Li urges closer French cooperation
Chinese and French leaders said their countries are ready to expand cooperation into new markets, including in areas such as nuclear power. Speaking with his French counterpart Manuel Valls on the phone on Thursday, Premier Li Keqiang said China stands ready to work with France to ensure a good start to the cooperation. The countries have made progress in the first batch of cooperative projects, Li said, while Valls said France will work with China to implement existing agreements and work for early and practical outcomes in the cooperation.
