Donors raise money for burn victim

Chen Xiangcong, from Hunan province, who suffered severe burns after successfully putting out a fire caused by his neighbor, has been helped in paying for his treatment to the tune of more than 150,000 yuan ($23,200) raised by 5,000 donors through Qing Song Chou, a crowdfunding platform. Residents from 23 villages also pledged to help with his treatment.
