Ax man mistaken for robber
A migrant worker in Jinan who wanted to take a taxi was mistaken for a robber because he had an ax in his hand. A taxi driver reported the man to police after he tried to stop his car on Sunday morning. Officers learned the man needed the ax for work, and urgently needed to get there.
