Jerry Ye appointed CEO of Huayi Bros Pictures

Jerry Ye has joined as chief executive officer of Huayi Brothers Pictures, the movie division of Huayi Brothers, one of China's leading film companies. Since 2002, Ye had been an executive at Chinese property-to-entertainment conglomerate Dalian Wanda. Prior, he was vice-president of Wanda Culture. Ye will also serve as a director and deputy general manager of Huayi Brothers Media, the parent company. He will oversee film production, distribution and Huayi's exhibition activities, which remain the group's core segment, though the group has diversified significantly into television, fashion, music, talent management and games.
