Inter harpoons Napoli's title dream
Inter Milan left Napoli's Serie A title hopes hanging by a thread on Saturday after recording a 2-0 home victory with a controversial opener from Mauro Icardi and Marcelo Brozovic's excellent chipped effort.
Second-place Napoli has 70 points, six behind leader Juventus. Inter boosted its hopes of securing Italy's final Champions League berth by moving to 61 points with five games left, three points back of third-place AS Roma.
"We proved today that we're a great side," Icardi told Sky Sport Italia. "I'm sure Roma was watching the match, they'll be feeling the pressure."
