Feng Shuxuan, 53, has been carving and painting designs at Changchun Zoological and Botanical Park in Jilin province for nearly two years. Feng selects trees with hollows and polishes them, before filling the holes with putty. He then polishes the surfaces of the putty-filled holes, on which he carves and draws images of animals and other figures.
