Hu Zhu named her account on Taobao.com "Happy to Be Reborn", because her job as an online customer service adviser for the shopping website has given her a new lease of life.
She suffered severe facial mutilations in a gas explosion 14 years ago, when she was just 18.
But for years she just couldn't accept the injury, and isolated herself from other people.
