Actor says he loves the series and would be prepared for the physical challenges of playing James Bond

Tom Hiddleston has fuelled speculation he could be the next James Bond, saying it would be an "extraordinary opportunity" and that he would be prepared for the "physicality of the job".

The actor, currently starring in the BBC adaptation of John le Carre's The Night Manager, has been widely touted as a potential successor to Daniel Craig as 007.
