Universities mark 120th anniversary

Commemorative stamps have been issued to mark the 120th anniversary of Jiaotong University. Four related mainland universities - Beijing Jiaotong University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Xi'an Jiaotong University and Southwest Jiaotong University - and National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan launched a joint development fund on Wednesday. The five universities stem from the evolution of Jiaotong University, a historic university established in 1896.
