Opinions differ on crashes at home plate

Retired World Series-winning catcher Bob Boone has a CD with 60 video clips of collisions at home plate that resulted in injuries - but none of them happened since Major League Baseball instituted a new rule in 2014 to prevent players from crashing into each other.

Still, Boone hates the rule that bans blocking the plate because it has thrown catchers off their game. Going into the third season under the rule, many are still struggling to adjust.
