After two decades of development, State-owned enterprises have once again become a focus of the country's economic reforms.

During the ongoing two sessions of the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the country's top legislature and political advisory body, policymakers reaffirmed the importance of supply-side structural reforms.
