Looking ahead

Harald Krueger, chairman of the Board of Management of BMW AG, poses in a concept car unveiled as BMW AG celebrated its centenary in Munich on March 7, 100 years after the company was registered. The slogan for the event was "The Next 100 Years".

The "BMW Vision Next 100" looks to the future with a clear vision - that premium mobility will be comprehensively available and tailored to each customer's individual preferences, according to the company.

Krueger said at the event: "Future mobility will connect every area of people's lives. That's where we see new opportunities for premium mobility."

The Munich-based premium carmaker's revenue grew by 14.6 percent in 2015 to 92.18 billion euros ($101.17 billion), setting a new record for the sixth consecutive year.
