EU-Turkey summit on migration crisis

Today, European Union leaders are scheduled to hold a special summit with Turkey on the migration crisis, according to the European Council. Turkey and the EU signed a deal in November under which Ankara agreed to curb the number of refugees crossing to Greece in return for 3 billion euros ($3.3 billion) in aid and the speeding up of its EU membership bid.
