Man found with toy gun, hosiery

A 21-year-old man covered his face with a black silk stocking and ran around a Hefei street with a toy gun on Feb 24 after his girlfriend broke up with him. Passers-by reported the man's strange behavior to police. He told officers that he just wanted to vent his frustrations after the breakup. Police said he did not harm anyone with his antics and let him go after a lecture.
