'Yoga grandpa' offers free classes to public

A 72-year-old man in Hangzhou, the capital of East China's Zhejiang province, is proving that age need not be an obstacle to health by offering free yoga classes in his community.

Yue Mingchao started to learn yoga after he retired at age 63. He used to be overweight and had high blood pressure, but found that yoga helped him in ways that jogging, going to the gym or dancing couldn't.
