'Two sessions' event to be held in March

The Fourth Session of the 12th National People's Congress and the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference will convene on March 5 and March 3, respectively, in Beijing. The top legislature and top political advisory body meet annually in an event known as "two sessions" to solicit ideas and make national-level political decisions.
