ICBC drops mobile-transaction fees

Beginning on Feb 24, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China will charge no fees for money transfers and remittances processed on its mobile banking system, covering some 200 million users. Thus, it will become the first of the big State-owned banks to follow the practice already in use by many other commercial banks to spur mobile banking.
