Scandal-hit ex-FIFA head to appeal ban
Sepp Blatter, the former president of global soccer governing body FIFA, is set to return to the group's headquarters in Zurich tomorrow, when his appeal against his ban from related activities will be heard. Blatter, 79, was banned for ethics violations over a $1.96 million payment FIFA made to European soccer boss Michel Platini with Blatter's approval in 2011. Blatter has denied any wrongdoing.
