My boss is not reliable

Although it's hard to obtain train tickets to my hometown, I have returned my ticket.

My boss owes me 18,000 yuan ($2,730) - that's three months' salary. He also owes a similar amount to more than 10 of my co-workers, but some have left for home with 1,000 yuan or 2,000 yuan each, which the boss gave them.
