Plans for party-to-party visit from Beijing to Laos and to Vietnam attracted great attention on Tuesday before their start as some experts say they reinforce an expected continuing stability for China's ties with the neighbors after their political reshuffles.

A new chief of Laos' ruling party was elected last week while the political reshuffling of Communist Party of Vietnam is underway.
