Design: China Daily's Tibetan-style English font

The China Daily Tibetan font was created as part of a collaboration between China Daily and Founder Font of the Beijing Founder Electronics company late last year. Fusing elements of the ethnic Tibetan script with English letters, it was specially launched by China Daily's design center for the newspaper's report of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Tibet autonomous region. It took more than three months to design and develop the font, which required technical support from Beijing Founder Electronics.
