Two killed in Laos; Beijing wants answers

Bomb is thought to have detonated in or near victims' vehicle on mountain road

Beijing is demanding a prompt investigation into an attack that killed two Chinese and wounded one other in Laos' central Xaysomboun province on Sunday.

A bomb is thought to have exploded in or near the victims car at 8 am on Sunday as they traveled on a mountain road in Xaysomboun, Xinhua News Agency reported. The attackers remain unidentified.
