12 detained in landslide inquiry
Twelve suspects said to be responsible for a deadly landslide that buried nearly 80 people in Shenzhen last month are being investigated by local prosecutors who believe abuse of power and dereliction of duty were behind the disaster, the Supreme People's Procuratorate said on Monday.
