Mancini mauls Inter after draw to Atalanta

Roberto Mancini hit out at misfiring Inter Milan after a 1-1 draw at Atalanta saw goalkeeper Samir Handanovic avert a second successive league defeat for the Serie A title challenger.

Inter traveled to Bergamo desperate to make amends for a shock 1-0 loss to Sassuolo last week that allowed Napoli to go two points clear of the chasing pack.

But despite deploying Stevan Jovetic and Adem Ljajic either side of Argentine striker Mauro Icardi in a promising three-man attack, Inter was frustrated for long periods and wasteful on its few real chances of the game.
