'El Chapo' moved in jail to foil escape

Maximum security facility has 24hour video surveillance of kingpin's prison pen

Mexico's government is moving Joaquin 'El Chapo' Guzman constantly from cell to cell inside the maximum security prison where he is being held, the same lockup the elusive drug lord escaped from through a tunnel six months ago.

Meanwhile, on Tuesday a judge blocked fast-track extradition proceedings of the drug kingpin. Mexico wants to send the Guzman to the US to face drug charges.
