Luo takes helm at China Resources
Entrepreneur Luo Xi, 56, has assumed charge of China Resources (Holdings) Co Ltd as deputy chairman and general manager. He replaced Qiao Shibo who retired as GM. Prior, Luo was the GM of State-owned lender and credit insurer China Export and Credit Insurance Corp.
